Packing heavy or want a firmer pouch hold? Size down. All-day comfort? Size up. When in doubt, size up.
What's the difference between packing underwear and a packing harness?
Packing underwear has the pouch built right in — put it on, add your packer, and go. A harness lets you pack in underwear you already own. Both hold securely all day. It comes down to whether you want an all-in-one pair or the flexibility to use any underwear you already have.
Which style works with an STP device?
The CB STP Boxer Briefs are purpose-built for stand-to-pee use. The O-Ring Harness and Packing Harness also work with most STP devices when positioned correctly. See our STP Guide for full setup tips.
What size should I order?
Measure your hip at its fullest point and your natural waist. Use the size chart above — Cake Bandit sizes by both measurements. If you're between sizes and pack heavy, size down for a firmer hold. If you prioritize all-day comfort, size up.
Which style is best for a first-time packer?
The CB Packing Boxer Briefs or O-Ring Harness are the most popular first-time options. The Boxer Briefs give you the cleanest all-in-one experience. The O-Ring Harness ($16.50) is the lowest-commitment entry point if you want to try packing before committing to a full new pair.
Can I return or exchange packing underwear?
All underwear and harness sales are final for hygiene reasons. We strongly recommend measuring before ordering. If you have questions, email hello@transguysupply.com — a real person will help you pick the right size and style before you order.
How often should I replace packing underwear?
Packing underwear works harder than regular pairs — the added weight and movement of a packer puts constant strain on waistbands and pouch seams. Check in at the 6-month mark for daily-wear pairs. Watch for elastic that's lost tension, a pouch that shifts, or fabric thinning in the seat or gusset. Read the full guide →
Do you ship discreetly?
Always. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked mailer from our shipping dept. — no product names, no logos on the outside.
