3" inseam, packing pouch, quick-dry nylon — the swim boxer that pulls double duty.

The Cake Bandit 3" Swim Boxer Briefs are built from a moisture-wicking, quick-dry 70% nylon / 30% spandex blend that handles laps, gym sessions, trail runs, and beach days without flinching. The interior packing pouch keeps your packer secure and the 3" inseam keeps your range of motion wide open. Soft stretch waistband sits low-rise on the hips — no digging, no riding up.

Wear them as your swim trunks or under shorts.

Same Cake Bandit fit as the cotton 3" Boxer Brief, just built for water and sweat. Available in Black and Red.

Size Guide & How to Measure

All Cake Bandit is sized by hip measurement — measure at the fullest part of your hips. When between sizes, go up.

Cake Bandit 3 inch swim boxer briefs size guide
Size Hips (inches)
S 27"–31"
M 32"–36"
L 36"–38"
XL 38"–42"
2XL 42"–47"
3XL 48"–52"

How to measure:

  1. Stand naturally, arms relaxed
  2. Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your hips
  3. Keep the tape level and snug — not compressing
  4. Measure on an exhale
  5. Between sizes? Go up

Care Guide
  • Rinse immediately after swimming to remove chlorine or salt
  • Machine wash cold with mild detergent
  • No bleach
  • Hang dry — heat degrades the nylon-spandex blend and kills the stretch
  • Do not iron

Frequently Asked Questions

Can these be worn as regular underwear or just for swimming?
Both. The nylon-spandex fabric works as a swim bottom, gym short, or lightweight everyday layer. One reviewer noted they wear them as regular boxers too.

Do these work with an STP device?
The interior pouch is designed for packing — it holds a soft packer securely. For STP use, check out the STP-compatible styles in the Cake Bandit lineup.

How does the fit compare to the cotton Cake Bandit boxer briefs?
Same low-rise fit and hip-based sizing — just a different fabric. The nylon blend is lighter and faster-drying; the cotton version is softer for all-day everyday wear.

Truly, the briefs i got are way more comfy than the usual "name brand" boxers. The waist band really does sit lower and doesn't "enhance my love handles" lol. My onliest thing is my STP sits a lil too high for the packer briefs. I'm excited to order more soon. Thank u all!
