Most returns and exchanges start themselves — right from your account. Sign in, open your order, and choose Request return. Refunds are issued as store credit, within 30 days of delivery.
♻ Binders — Free Size Exchange
Wrong size? Every binder is eligible for a free size exchange within 30 days. We email a prepaid, discreet return label and ship your new size within 2 business days of receiving the original. Must be unworn, clean, and in original packaging. Binding tape excluded.
👕 Apparel — Easy Size Swaps
Couldn't try it on? We've got you. Apparel is eligible for a size swap or store credit within 30 days. For most size swaps you keep (or pass along) the original — no need to ship it back — and we send the right size or issue store credit. Request it from your account and we'll sort the details with you.
🚫 Final Sale — No Returns
For health, safety, and made-to-order reasons, these can't be returned or exchanged:

That's on us — email hello@transguysupply.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packing slip together (this applies to final-sale items too). Don't discard anything before reaching out.
If your request needs the item shipped back, we'll tell you where in your approval email. For reference:
