No. Anyone can use compression garments, prosthetics, specialty underwear, or harnesses.

Many people follow the general guideline of up to about 8 hours a day. If you feel pain, dizziness, numbness, or shortness of breath, take it off and give your body a break.

No. We do not recommend sleeping in a binder.

A packer is a prosthetic worn to create a natural-looking bulge in your underwear or pants.

Yes. All orders ship in plain packaging with no product names, brand logos, or any reference to Transguy Supply on the outside. The sender name shows only as "shipping dept." — nothing else about the company appears on the package. We ship thousands of discreet packages every year and take your privacy seriously.

Your charge will appear as "TG SUPPLY" — no reference to Transguy Supply or the nature of your purchase.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Friday begin processing Monday and most likely ship Tuesday. During holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Most apparel is made to order and takes 3–5 business days to process before shipping. After processing, domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. International orders take an estimated 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

You have about a 10-minute window after placing your order to request an address change — after that, changes are rarely possible due to fast warehouse processing. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation, and missed scans during transit are common. Allow up to 10 days of stalled tracking before reaching out. Yes, we ship to 100+ countries. A few things to know: customs fees, import taxes, and local duties are your responsibility; all international orders are final sale with no returns or exchanges; and customs forms are legally required to list contents and retail value. Some carriers require the name on the package to match a government-issued ID before they'll release it — especially for pickups or international deliveries. If this is a concern, use a name you can verify with ID or ship to someone who can receive the package on your behalf.

Route is an optional add-on at checkout that covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages. If something goes wrong with your delivery, you can file a claim directly at claims.route.com within 5–15 days of the marked delivery date. We strongly recommend keeping Route on your order — without it, we're unable to issue refunds or replacements for carrier errors, as we're a small independent business.

All sales of STPs, packers, harnesses, pleasure toys, swimwear, and underwear are final due to hygiene and legal restrictions. For all other items, returns receive in-store credit only.
