What is Transguy Supply?

We're a trans-owned shop for binders, packers, STPs, packing underwear, harnesses, and more.

I'm new. Where should I start?

Start with whatever solves your biggest everyday need: a binder, a packer, or packing underwear.

Do I have to be trans to use these?

No. Anyone can wear compression garments, prosthetics, specialty underwear, or harnesses.

How do I pick my size?

Measure first, then match your numbers to the size chart on the product page or our binder size chart. Don't size down for more compression. Every binder gets a free size exchange within 30 days if you get it wrong. Shop binders.

How long can I wear a binder?

Max compression binders: up to 8 hours a day. Cotton binders and the Sports Bro can be worn all day. Never sleep in any binder. If you feel pain, dizziness, numbness, or shortness of breath, take it off and give your body a break.

Can I sleep in a binder?

No. We don't recommend it.

Can I work out in a binder?

Some people do for lighter activity. For harder workouts, go with something less restrictive, like the Sports Bro, which is light to medium compression.

What's a packer?

A prosthetic you wear to create a natural-looking bulge in your underwear or pants.

What size packer should I start with?

Most first-timers like a smaller everyday packer. It looks natural and it's easier to get used to. Browse packers.

How do I keep a packer in place?

Most people use packing underwear, a pouch, or a harness.

What's an STP?

A stand-to-pee device that helps you pee standing up. Browse STPs.

Are STPs hard to use?

They take practice. Lots of people try theirs at home first, often in the shower, before using it out.

Should I start with a packer or an STP?

If everyday comfort is your main goal, start with a basic packer. If standing to pee matters most, start with an STP and give yourself time to practice.

What's packing underwear?

Underwear with a pouch or built-in support that holds a packer or STP in place.

Packing underwear or a harness?

Packing underwear feels like regular underwear. A harness is usually more adjustable and gives a tighter, more secure hold. Most people wear packing underwear every day and save a harness for extra support.

How does Cake Bandit sizing work?

Cake Bandit sits low, on your hips, not your waist. Measure around the widest part of your hips and seat. Between sizes? Size down if you like a snug fit or pack heavy. See the Cake Bandit size guide.

How often should I wash my binder?

Wash it every 2–3 wears, or more often if you sweat a lot. Regular washing keeps it comfy and clean, and it helps the fabric last.

Can my binder go in the dryer?

Hang dry it. Heat breaks down the stretch. Check the product page or tag for the details on your binder.

How do I clean a packer or STP?

Follow the care steps for that product and material. In general, keep it clean and let it dry all the way before you put it away.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes. Every order ships in plain packaging with no product names, logos, or mention of Transguy Supply on the outside. The sender just says "Shipping Dept." More on discreet shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship in 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Made-to-order items, like apparel, ship in 5–10 business days. After that, U.S. delivery takes 2–5 business days, and international takes about 7–21 business days. Holidays can add a little time.

What does shipping cost?

U.S. shipping is $10–$12, based on weight and location. International is $15–$30, depending on where it's going.

Can I change my order after I place it?

You have 30 minutes. From your order status page or the Shop app, you can change your address, contact info, and sizes or quantities, or cancel for a full refund. After that, changes are rarely possible. Email hello@transguysupply.com with your order number right away and we'll try.

My tracking hasn't updated.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show up, and missed scans are common. Give stalled tracking up to 10 days before reaching out, and contact the carrier for the latest info.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 100+ countries. Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are on you. All international orders are final sale. Customs forms are legally required to list what's inside and its value, so check your country's rules if that's a privacy concern. The full country list is in our shipping policy.

What if the name on my package doesn't match my ID?

Some carriers want the name to match a government ID before they'll release a package, especially for pickups or international deliveries. Use a name you can verify, or ship to someone who can receive it for you.

What's Route?

An optional add-on at checkout that covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages. If something goes wrong, file a claim at claims.route.com within 5–15 days of the marked delivery date. Without Route, we can't refund or replace packages lost to carrier mistakes.

What's your return policy?

Packers, STPs, harnesses, pleasure items, swimwear, and underwear are final sale, for hygiene and legal reasons. So are all international orders. Binders get a free size exchange within 30 days (binding tape is final sale). Other U.S. returns get store credit. Sizes vary between brands, so check the size chart before you order.
