Yes — the packing styles (Packing Jock, Monochrome Jock, Sport Briefs, EZ Bulge, Packing Swim Jock) have a built-in pouch that holds a soft packer in place, no harness needed. Flat-front jocks have no pouch and can be worn solo or with a separate harness.
