Privacy matters, whether it's your first order or your fiftieth. Here's how we keep your order private from checkout to your doorstep.

Plain packaging

Every order ships in a plain box or poly mailer. There are no logos, product names, or branding on the outside, and nothing that says what's inside or where it came from. The return address just reads "Shipping Dept."

A boring shipping label

The label won't mention Transguy Supply, product names, or product types. If someone sees it on your doorstep or in the mailroom, it looks like any other delivery.

No surprises later

We don't send physical mail, catalogs, or branded promo stuff. Order confirmations and shipping updates come by email only, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.

Shipping abroad?

Customs forms are legally required to list what's inside and its retail value. If that's a concern, check your country's customs rules before you order. More in our shipping policy.
