We know that privacy matters. Our Discreet shipping promise whether this is your first order or your fiftieth, you deserve to shop without worrying about what shows up at your door or on your bank statement. Here's exactly how we protect your privacy at every step.

Plain, Unmarked Packaging

Every order ships in a plain box or poly mailer with no logos, no product names, and no branding of any kind on the outside. There is nothing on the package that indicates what's inside or where it came from. The return address simply reads "Shipping Dept." — that's it.

Nothing Revealing on the Shipping Label

The shipping label will not mention Transguy Supply, any product names, or any product categories. If someone sees the package on your doorstep or in your mailroom, it looks like any other ordinary delivery.

Discreet Billing

Your credit card or bank statement will show a charge from "TG Supply" or a similar neutral name — not "Transguy Supply" and not any product details. If you use Shop Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay, the charge will appear under that service's standard descriptor.

No Follow-Up Surprises

We won't send you physical mail, catalogs, or branded promotional materials. Order confirmations and shipping updates come by email only, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Eco-Friendly Materials

Our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials whenever possible. Discreet doesn't have to mean wasteful.

Shipping

Your order will be in discreet eco-friendly packaging from "shipping dept." on the outside but will not have any other info about the company. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.

Please note that print-to-order apparel items, such as t-shirts, hoodies, etc... require additional processing time and will be shipped separately.

Returns

All sales of STP, Packers, Harnesses, Pleasure Toys, Swimwear, and Underwear are final due to legal restrictions. Binders are eligible for a free size exchange within 30 days — see our Returns & Refund Policies for details. Returns for all other items will only receive in-store credit.
