Two flat front styles — here's the difference
Flat Front Jocks & Boxer Briefs — no pouch, no curve, no extra fabric. The same great Cake Bandit construction, cut completely flat. Wear them on their own for a clean silhouette, or pair with a harness if you want to pack.
STP Range — also flat front, no curve. Designed to be stand-to-pee functional. Holds an STP or packer down and in place. Wear with nothing and it's a flat front with options — add a device and it works for packing or standing to pee.

What's the difference between flat front and packing underwear?
Packing underwear is curved and has a built-in front pouch that holds a packer or STP device all day — no harness needed. Flat front underwear does not have a curve, some have a flat layer inside to make them packer optional but do not create extra empty lookiing fabric - they stay flat. If you want to pack with flat front options that do not have an extra layer or pouch, you can pair pair those flat front styles with a separate Cake Bandit harness, or choose from the flat styles with options.
Can I use a packer with the flat front STP styles?
Yes — The flat front boxer briefs have a flat inner pouch, giving you the option of any size packer, the no logo boxer briefs have a small flat inner pouch for small packers only. The STP range holds both STP devices and soft packers. The opening is designed to secure a device down and in place. If you just want to pack without STP function, a soft packer sits comfortably in the STP opening too.
Do I need an STP device to wear STP underwear?
No. STP underwear works great worn empty — it's just a flat front brief or boxer brief with a discreet opening. Many people wear it daily with nothing inside and appreciate the flat, gender-affirming cut. The STP function is there when you want it.
Which flat front style is best for beginners to STP?
The STP Briefs are the most popular starting point — brief cut, easy to position your device, and forgiving while you're learning. The STP Freely is the most beginner-friendly device to pair with them.
Do you ship discreetly?
Every TGS order ships in a plain, unmarked mailer. The return address reads "Shipping Dept." only — no mention of what's inside or who it's from.
