Cake Bandit STP Briefs

Built with a 3-layer front panel, these briefs let you carry and use a stand-to-pee device with a stable, secure fit. They're designed around the STP Freely, but work with most other STP devices, soft packers, and pack-and-play prosthetics too.

The cut is low-rise, curved to sit on the hips rather than the natural waist, with a soft cotton-spandex blend that keeps things snug without feeling tight. As a brief, there's no extra fabric bunching under your pants, just a slim, clean line whether you're using your STP or not.

Not using an STP today? The inside layer's slit still gives your packer or anatomy room to sit comfortably, so these work as everyday underwear too.

Size Guide & How to Measure

Cake Bandit uses standard U.S. sizing based on your waist measurement. These briefs are low-rise and sit on your hips, but sizing still runs off the waist, not the hip. Between sizes? Size up. The front panel needs room to hold your STP device securely.

How to measure:

1. Stand naturally, feet together
2. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waist, where you'd normally wear a waistband, not around the hips even though the fit sits low
3. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight or compressing
4. If you can, have someone else measure for the most accurate read

• 92% cotton, 6% spandex
• Wash cold with like colors; may shrink slightly in a hot or warm wash
• No bleach
• Tumble dry on medium low; may shrink slightly in the dryer

STP Compatibility

These briefs are STP-compatible, with a 3-layer front panel built for stable, secure use:

• The inside layer has a slit that acts as a barrier between your body and your STP device when it's not in use. Tuck the cup of your STP into the slit for a comfortable fit at rest.
• The middle layer has a reinforced round opening you pull the shaft of your STP through. Once through, position the head and shaft downward.
• The outer layer has a 2-button opening that keeps your STP out of sight when you're changing or lounging. Unbutton, pull the shaft out, and go when you're ready to use it.
