Sized by waist measurement — but it sits low on the hips, not at the waist. If you're between sizes, go smaller for a more secure packing hold.

Thicker thighs: size up for more comfort around the leg straps.

Care: Hand wash cold, air dry for longest life. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. No bleach. The elastic will shrink slightly in warm/hot water or high heat.
