What's the difference between packing underwear and a harness?

Packing underwear has the pouch built in — put it on and pack. A harness lets you pack while wearing your own underwear. Both hold securely all day. It comes down to whether you want an all-in-one pair or the flexibility to use underwear you already own.

Which style works with an STP device?

The Cake Bandit STP Boxer Briefs are built specifically for stand-to-pee use. The Packing Harness and O-Ring Harness also work with most STP devices when positioned correctly. See our STP Guide for full positioning tips.

How do I size Cake Bandit underwear?

Cake Bandit sizes by hip/waist measurement: XS 24–26", S 27–31", M 32–35", L 36–38", XL 39–42", 2XL 43–46", 3XL 47–52". If you pack heavy or want a firmer hold, size down. For all-day comfort, size up. When in doubt, size up.

How often should I replace my packing underwear?

Packing underwear works harder than regular pairs — the added weight and movement of a packer puts constant strain on waistbands and pouch seams. We recommend checking in at the 6-month mark for daily-wear packing pairs, rather than waiting the full 9–12 months. Watch for elastic that's lost its tension, a pouch that's shifting, or fabric thinning in the seat or gusset. Read the full guide →

Can I return or exchange packing underwear?

All underwear and harness sales are final for hygiene reasons. We strongly recommend measuring before ordering. If you have questions first, email hello@transguysupply.com — a real person will help you pick the right size and style.

Do you ship discreetly?

Always. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked mailer. The return address reads "Shipping Dept." only — no product names, no company name on the outside.
