  1. Select the cylinder size that fits your anatomy comfortably
  2. Apply a small amount of water-based lube to the silicone donut rim for a better seal
  3. Position the cylinder and squeeze the handle to build gentle suction
  4. Pump slowly — sensation should be comfortable, never painful
  5. Use the quick-release valve to release pressure at any time
  6. Disassemble and clean all parts after every use

⚠️ Important: Over-pumping can cause bruising or discomfort. Always back off or release immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort. Start with shorter sessions and build gradually. TGS is not liable for damage due to misuse.

Do I need to be on T for this to work?
No — the pump works regardless of where you are in your journey. It supports blood flow and sensitivity for anyone, on T or not.

Can this be used on nipples as well?
Yes — the cylinder sizes accommodate nipple use as well as below-the-waist use.

How long should I pump for?

My First Ever Pump

I wish they came with a guide for newbs like me just trying to figure it out but this pump so far is already helping to aid in both growth and pleasure ✨

Wish there was the ability to detatch the cups from the air hose after pumping, leaving them attached and suctioned to you. It’s decent for the price, a bit clunky. Not sure if it works well for bottom growth since I’ve only used it once.

Pretty good for figuring out what you want from a pump

I started with this after being a few years into HRT. Honestly, it was pretty affirming finding out the largest cylinder size was the right one. It is always safer to have an attached pressure gauge to these devices, but I haven't found that this specific model can generate enough suction that using moderate pumping techniques have not caused any damage. The donuts seal well enough, the cylinder seems slightly elliptical which I'm led to understand has functional benefits. A fantastic starter device, worth the money, and it was a nice surprise as far as physical affirmation goes
