Packing Gear - Harnesses, Pouches, Boxers & Underwear
Pick how you want to pack.
Most of what's here is Cake Bandit, our trans-owned in-house line. Packing underwear has the pouch built in, so you put it on and you're done. Flat front styles give you a clean line. Harnesses and pouches work with the underwear you already own.
- Packing underwear: briefs, 3" and 6" boxer briefs, and long underwear with a built-in front pouch for your packer. No harness, no clip-on, no adjusting mid-day.
- Flat front: jocks and boxer briefs with no pouch and no curve. Wear them alone or with a harness.
- STP styles: also flat front, and made to hold an STP or packer in place for standing to pee.
- Harnesses: jockstrap, O-ring, slingshot, and brief styles, with an STP-compatible O-ring opening.
- Packing pouches: pin one to any waistband.
You don't need a packer to wear packing underwear. The pouch sits flat on its own, and plenty of people wear it every day just for the fit.
Got a cycle? Neptune is the only Cake Bandit style that packs and absorbs, with a front pouch plus an absorbent liner.

Cake Bandit sits low, on your hips, not your waist. Measure around the widest part of your hips and seat. Between sizes? Size down if you like a snug fit or pack heavy.

Underwear and harnesses are final sale, and so are all international orders. Return policy. Not sure on size? Email hello@transguysupply.com before you order. We'd rather answer before than after.
Packing underwear works harder than regular pairs. The weight of a packer strains waistbands and pouch seams, so check daily-wear pairs at about 6 months instead of waiting the usual 9–12.
Watch for elastic that's lost its stretch, a pouch that shifts, or fabric thinning in the seat or gusset. More in how often to replace your underwear.
