Designed by us for us, trans, FTM, nonbinary folks, are best paired with the TGS #1 Trans Packer and My Buddy 4" and 5" Packers but will accommodate most packers.

Note: These are not STP-functional. You can stash an STP in the pouch, but you will need to pull it completely out of the pouch to use it to pee.

Cake Bandit uses Standard US Sizing. Order your regular underwear size or use the measurements below. Please note all Cake Bandit underwear is low-rise and is meant to sit lower on your hips, not your waist.

X-Small: 24"- 27" / Small: 27"- 31” / Medium: 32”- 36” / Large: 36” - 38” / XL: 38” - 42” / 2XL: 42”- 47" / 3XL: 48"- 52”

Model in Black Briefs: Tamren (they/them) is 5' 3" with 44" hips and is wearing a size 2XL.

Model in Mauve Briefs: Jussie (he/him) is 5' with 28" hips and wearing a small size.
