STAND TO PEE (STP) PROSTHETICS & DEVICES

Learn to pee standing up at your own pace.

Most STPs here are 3-in-1 prosthetics, so you can pack, pee, and play with one device. Never used one? Start with the STP Freely, our most forgiving cup. Our house STPs are platinum-cured silicone, non-porous and dishwasher safe.

STP Best for Bulge rating
STP Freely First-timers. The wider cup still works if your positioning is a little off. 4/5
STP Freely XL Heavier flows and a bigger bulge, with more shaft, a deeper cup, and a wider opening 4.5/5
The Lou Experienced users and urinals. Angled shaft, deep no-spill cup, weighted to pack all day. 4/5
STP Freely Hand Painted The same Freely, painted by hand, so each one is unique 4/5

All three house designs are play-ready with their own rod, sold separately. The Freely and Freely XL take the Freely Play Rod, and the Lou takes the Lou Play Rod.

Want to try it before you spend more? The Packer Gear STP is our most affordable, with firm silicone and a wide bowl that's easy to learn on. The pStyle is a simple funnel that doesn't pack. It's a good way to learn to aim first.

Size matters less than you'd think. See the bulge rating guide.

The cup sits against your body and catches urine, which flows through the channel and out the tip. Positioning is everything, and it takes practice.

  • Practice at home in the shower first, sitting down, before you try a urinal.
  • The most common problems are going too fast, a poor seal, and underwear that doesn't hold the device in place.
  • Cake Bandit STP underwear holds your STP in the right spot. Prefer your own underwear? An O-ring harness gives you the same hold.

The full how-to, including stream control and urinal use, is in the STP guide.

  • Rinse with warm water after every use.
  • For a deeper clean, use mild soap or a body-safe toy cleaner.
  • House STPs can go on the top rack of the dishwasher, with no detergent.
  • Store it dry.
  • Finish with a light dusting of Packer Renewing Powder to keep the surface smooth.
