Sam's shallower cup is the one thing to understand before buying. The wide shaft opening compensates well — flow moves through fast so the cup doesn't need to hold much at once. Most users adapt quickly. Platinum silicone is non-porous and easy to fully sterilize. Clean using any of the following:

• Warm water and mild soap — standard after-use clean
• TGS Packer & Toy Cleaner — fast, gentle, conditions the silicone surface
• Boil for 3 minutes — full sterilization
• Top rack dishwasher — no detergent required

Air-dry completely before storing. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. For long-term storage, dust lightly with Packer Renewing Powder to maintain softness.

Water-based lube only. Do not use silicone-based lubricants — they degrade platinum silicone over time.

1. Shower, water off — practice the seal with no clothing so you can clearly identify any leaks
2. Toilet, no clothing — build muscle memory for cup placement. With Sam's shallower cup, find the angle that keeps flow moving forward into the shaft rather than pooling in the bowl
