Full round balls and a short, thick shaft give a natural bulge. Each one is finished by hand, so a little color variation is normal.

The one thing to know: Sam has a shallow bowl with a wide shaft opening. Flow moves through fast, so the cup doesn't need to hold much, and the small cup is part of why it packs so easily. With a really fast or heavy stream, you may need to slow down more than with a deeper cup like the STP Freely XL or Lou STP. The STP Freely is more forgiving for beginners.

For pack, pee, and play, add the Sam STP Rod Insert from NYTC (sold separately).

Keep it in place with the Cake Bandit harness, or STP briefs, STP boxer briefs, or an STP jock with a working fly.

First-Time Tips

Practice at home before you use it out.

In the shower with the water off and no clothes, so you can spot any leaks.
Over the toilet with no clothes. Find the angle that keeps flow moving forward into the shaft instead of pooling in the bowl.
In Cake Bandit STP underwear or a harness, which holds it in the right spot.
Fully dressed. Once you go clean every time at home, you're ready for the urinal.

Care

Wash after each use with warm water and mild soap or our packer & toy cleaner.
To sterilize, boil it for 3 minutes or run it on the top rack of the dishwasher with no detergent.
Let it air dry completely, then store it somewhere cool and dry, out of the sun.
Use water-based lube only. Silicone lube breaks down platinum silicone over time.
Before longer-term storage, finish with a light dusting of Packer Renewing Powder to keep it soft.

Hard for Beginners, Worth a Try for Experience

So I didn’t;t do a whole lot of research before getting my first STP which at first I thought was a mistake when I bought this one. The shallow bowl is tricky for a beginner and at first I was aggravated. Come to find I’m even worse with ones with a larger bowl! It’s all about what works for you and I came to find this one works super well for me now that I got used to it. DEFINITELY satisfied with my purchase and if any of you have issues with sealing with larger bowl STPs, give this one a try

First STP + Packer

For reference, I'm 5'0, age range 15-18, and skinny. The STP is around the size of my hand, it was a bit firmer than I thought it would be, and I only tried this STP once. It's amazing, it makes me feel extremely euphoric knowing that I'd be able to go to the mens room in public without worrying if somebody sees my feet facing the wrong way in the stall. The sound of the stream is realistic ((super glad that I didn't have any spillage on my first try!!)), and it's perfect for me. I have a pretty fast/hard stream and the way this is set up is perfect for me. Great for starters, just make sure you use cornstarch if it gets too sticky and to research how to use it properly.

Hello, I'm a transgender boy, I'm still a kid. I saved up my allowance and birthday money to buy the Sam STP, I love it. I practiced in the shower and the toilet with my pants all the way down. Then yesterday I used a urinal for the first time I was a bit skeptical because there wasn't any walls and I stood at the last open urinal all the other urinal had someone standing at them, but I did it anyway. One guy look at me when I was peeing and kind of examined my penis then I turned to the side and he looked away, but I think I passed. I have had zero accidents maybe because my stream is not that fast. I would recommend this to any other transgender boy like me.

Reaffirming

This product was so great for relieving dysphoria. A few minor accidents. But now I can use it with ease. It’s such an awesome feeling pulling out my dick to pee standing. Although it does feel thicker than a flaccid penis imo. Packs ok in tight boxer briefs
