This makes it a different kind of affirming for some people — no prosthetic feel, no dysphoria around the device itself. Place the widest part of the pStyle directly under your urethral opening. Angle the open end slightly downward, relax, and let flow begin naturally. The rounded back edge is positioned against your body and doubles as a wipe — press gently after use to clear any drips.

Unlike silicone STPs, the pStyle doesn't create a seal against your body — it channels flow through the device by positioning. Because of this, angling slightly downward is essential — if it's too flat, flow will back up toward you rather than going out the front.

The pStyle is the easiest STP in the collection to clean — hard plastic is non-porous and takes less than 30 seconds to sanitize:

• Rinse with hot water and soap — standard after-use clean
• Wet wipes — for on-the-go maintenance when a sink isn't available
• Shake vigorously and wash at the next convenient time if needed

The pStyle is one of the most beginner-friendly STPs to learn on — the wide opening is very forgiving on placement. Still, the positioning technique is different from anatomical STPs. Work through these stages:

1. Shower, water off — practice the angle and placement with no clothing. Focus on the downward tilt — this is the key to clean flow with the pStyle
2. Toilet, no clothing — practice over the toilet to build muscle memory for positioning
3. Clothing on — unlike anatomical STPs, you don't need a harness or STP underwear. The pStyle works with any pants that give you enough room to reach in and position it
4. Public — once consistently clean at home, you're ready

Do I need a harness or special underwear with the pStyle?
No — the pStyle is held by hand during use, not worn in a harness. You position it when you need it and pocket it when you don't. This makes it the most low-commitment STP in the collection — no gear setup, no daily wear required.

Will this pass at a urinal?
The pStyle is hard plastic and clearly not anatomical — it won't pass a visual inspection. However, urinal etiquette means nobody is looking at your neighbor's setup. Why doesn't the packaging say "trans" or use gendered language?
