Every Painted Edition is unique. No two are exactly alike, because your body and your journey aren't either.

The hand-painted finish will fade and rub off over time — this is expected and unavoidable. Areas of heat, sweat, and friction will show wear first. The paint is non-toxic and body-safe, but it is not permanent.

The Painted Edition is NOT recommended for play use. Friction during play accelerates paint wear significantly. If you want 3-in-1 play functionality, the STP Freely or STP Freely XL with the Freely Rod Insert is the better choice.

The silicone underneath the paint remains fully body-safe and functional as your Painted Packer ages — it will continue to work as an STP even as the finish wears.

Care & Cleaning

The Painted Edition needs slightly gentler care than the standard Freely to protect the finish as long as possible.

• Wash gently with warm water and mild soap — avoid scrubbing painted surfaces directly
• Use the TGS Packer & Toy Cleaner for a conditioned, gentle clean
• Rinse thoroughly and pat dry — do not rub painted areas aggressively
• Apply a light layer of Packer Renewing Powder to protect the finish and maintain softness
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — original bag and box is ideal
• Do not dishwash — heat and detergent will accelerate paint fade significantly

Water-based lube only if using for packing. The Painted Edition is NOT recommended for penetrative play use — friction will remove the paint finish prematurely.

First-Time Use & Packing Tips

The Painted Packer uses the same cup geometry as the standard Freely — if you've used a Freely before, the feel and positioning will be familiar. New to STPs? Work through these stages before going public:

1. Shower, water off — practice the seal with no clothing and no running water so you can clearly identify any leaks
2. Toilet, no clothing — build muscle memory for cup placement with a safety net underneath
3. Underwear on — Cake Bandit STP underwear or a Cake Bandit Harness positions your packer automatically — no improvising
4. Fully dressed — once consistently clean at home fully clothed, you're urinal-ready

FAQ

How long does the paint last?
It depends on frequency of use, washing, and friction. Areas that contact skin directly with heat and sweat will show wear first. With gentle care, many customers get months of use before significant fading. The silicone underneath stays fully functional even as the paint wears.

Can I use the Freely Rod Insert with the Painted Edition?
We don't recommend it. Friction from play use accelerates paint wear significantly. If you want pack-pee-play functionality, the STP Freely with the Freely Rod Insert is the right choice.

Is the paint body-safe?
Yes — the paint is non-toxic and body-safe for skin contact during packing and STP use. It is not permanent, but it is safe.
