Let's get the specs out of the way—this packer is small. I have gotten 3" packers from other brands that were larger than this in terms of the way they sat. It's only about the length of my thumb and not much wider than that. I am around 5' and 110 lbs and this doesn't really leave a visible bulge. If that's important to you, size up to the 4"+ of this brand.

It wasn't a big deal to me, so the review will proceed as such.

It's a super soft, comfortable wear. Feels very natural.

If you are, like me, somebody with a strong preference for the appearance of a metoidioplasty over a phalloplasty, this packer is a fantastic glimpse into the future. Both in terms of length and girth, this resembles meta results I've seen and the approximate measurements you'll hear about. That's SUPER affirming to me.

My only real gripe is that it's SO small that it's hard to find packing equipment that's suitable and my old stuff won't work with it.
