- The adhesive is latex-free, silicone-free, hypoallergenic, and body-safe.

- Each roll lasts 1–3 months, depending on use.
Picking a width?
Patch test before your first use. Put a small piece on your inner arm and wait 24 hours to check for a reaction.
- Start with clean, dry skin, with no lotion, oil, or sweat.
- Cover your nipples with nipple guards, or tissue folded 6 to 8 times.
- Cut the tape to length and round the corners so it peels less.
- Apply from your sternum toward your underarm with very little stretch. Never wrap all the way around your torso. It makes breathing harder.
- Press it down and give the adhesive a few minutes to bond before you move around. One strip covers a lot, so take your time with placement.
To remove:
- Never pull dry tape off your skin.
- Soak it with baby oil, jojoba, coconut oil, or another mineral or essential oil, and wait a few minutes.
- Peel slowly, adding more oil as you go.
- Wash with warm water and mild soap, and give your skin a rest between sessions.
Keep rolls sealed in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and direct sun, so the adhesive lasts.
