Application takes seconds: clean and dry your skin, place a guard over each nipple, then apply your TGS Binding Tape as usual. When you're done, a little mineral oil, jojoba oil, or coconut oil loosens the adhesive cleanly — no ripping, no residue, no irritation.

How to Use

Clean and thoroughly dry the skin around each nipple before taping. Place one nipple guard over each nipple, pressing gently to adhere. Apply your chest tape as usual over the guards.

When removing, saturate the edges of the tape with mineral oil, jojoba oil, or coconut oil and allow it to soak in for 1–2 minutes before peeling slowly from the edge. Never rip tape from dry skin.
