Put these on before the tape.

- They sit between your nipples and the adhesive to block friction, irritation, and blisters.
- Soft and flexible, so nothing pinches or pulls under the tape.
- They go on in seconds over clean, dry skin.
- 20 single-use guards per pack, enough for 10 full taping sessions.
If you tape bind, you need these.
- Clean and fully dry the skin around each nipple.
- Place one guard over each nipple and press gently so it sticks.
- Apply your binding tape over the guards like usual.
- To take it off, soak the tape edges with mineral oil, jojoba oil, or coconut oil. Wait 1 to 2 minutes, then peel slowly from the edge.
Never rip tape off dry skin. Loosen it with oil first to protect the skin underneath.
