How to Apply + Remove

Patch test before your first use. Put a small piece on your inner arm and wait 24 hours to check for a reaction.

Start with clean, dry skin, with no lotion, oil, or sweat.
Cover your nipples with nipple guards, or tissue folded 6 to 8 times.
Cut the tape to length and round the corners so it peels less.
Apply from your sternum toward your underarm with very little stretch. Never wrap all the way around your torso. It makes breathing harder.
Press it down and give the adhesive a few minutes to bond before you move around.

Never pull dry tape off your skin. Soak it with baby oil, jojoba, coconut oil, or another mineral or essential oil, wait a few minutes, then peel slowly while adding more oil. Wash with warm water and mild soap after, and give your skin a rest between sessions.

Keep rolls sealed in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and direct sun, so the adhesive lasts.

Packer Holder Hack

With an O-ring, binding tape makes a harness-free packer holder that keeps your packer in place for 3 to 5 days, with no special underwear. The tape sticks to skin, so shave or trim the area first.

Your packer, TPR or silicone, sits right against your skin this way. If that bugs you, a packing pouch works too.

exactly what I've always wanted

This is the perfect size of tape for me. It holds up much better to frequent showers and dries faster than other tapes I've tried.

I need to layer tape slightly to get the right "look" and this does that OK - much less peeling and curling, though it frays a bit. The adhesive is stable but not overly strong, I still wouldn't recommend this for delicate skin. Price is reasonable for the amount.

A word to folks new to tape - get a second roll. You'll end up using your first one much faster figuring out what works for your body and getting used to the process. Don't give up!

Taping makes me feel more confident and comfortable in my skin than binding, so it's worth it. I'm so happy I tried this brand before giving up on finding a tape in the right size.

Better than expected

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with binders and tape as someone who has been binding for longer than recommended, and I’ve stuck with binders because I’ve never had a tape where I like the fit and it wasn’t terribly uncomfortable. This is it. As a large chested (G last time I was measured) individual, it was crucial for me to have something that would give my lungs a break while also allowing me to feel “binded” for longer in the day. This does that. I think the tape is high quality. I have sensitive skin and I did irritate my skin by just yanking the tape off instead of using oil. Use oil. A lot of it. More than you think. Overall, I like the bind, I thought the price was high but the product is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend, this will be the tape I purchase until I have top surgery.
