Every other STP in our collection is a prosthetic. It's made to look and feel like part of your body. The pStyle goes the other way: all function, zero anatomy. No realistic detail, no skin tones, no silicone. Just a plastic channel that routes your pee from your body to the urinal.

For some people, that's affirming in its own way. There's no prosthetic feel and no dysphoria around the device itself. It's also the easiest to carry around, since it tucks into a pocket, a bag, or a small pouch. Because it's hard plastic, it cleans in seconds. Rinse under a tap, shake dry, done. Or just run it through the dishwasher.

Place the widest part of the pStyle directly under your urethral opening. Tip the open end slightly down, relax, and let it flow. The rounded back edge is positioned against your body and doubles as a wipe. Press gently after use to clear any drips.

Unlike silicone STPs, the pStyle doesn't seal against your body. It works by where you hold it. So angling slightly downward is key. If it's too flat, pee will back up toward you instead of going out the front.

The pStyle is the easiest STP in the collection to clean. Hard plastic is non-porous and takes less than 30 seconds to sanitize:

• Rinse with hot water and soap after each use
• Wet wipes for cleaning on the go when there's no sink
• Shake vigorously and wash at the next convenient time if needed
• Dishwasher safe: toss it in with your dishes, nothing special needed

Keep it in a small pouch or pocket. There's nothing to damage, and no powder or powder spray needed.

The pStyle is one of the most beginner-friendly STPs to learn on, since the wide opening is very forgiving. Still, you hold it differently than an anatomical STP. Work through these stages:

1. Shower, water off: practice the angle and placement with no clothes on. Focus on the downward tilt. That's the key to a clean flow with the pStyle
2. Toilet, no clothing: practice over the toilet to build muscle memory
3. Clothing on: unlike anatomical STPs, you don't need a harness or STP underwear. The pStyle works with any pants that give you enough room to reach in and position it
4. Public: once you're getting it clean every time at home, you're ready

Do I need a harness or special underwear with the pStyle?
No. You hold the pStyle in your hand while you use it. It doesn't go in a harness. Pull it out when you need it and pocket it when you don't. That makes it the most low-commitment STP in the collection: no gear setup, nothing to wear all day.

How does it work at a urinal?

Why doesn't the packaging say "trans" or use gendered language?
The pStyle brand intentionally markets their product as a gender-neutral PUD (personal urination device). There's no gendered language anywhere on the product or packaging. So your package shows up looking like a basic plastic device and nothing more. Some people find this affirming. Others still prefer anatomical devices. It's a different way of thinking than prosthetic STPs, and good to know before you buy.
