Cake Bandit Monochrome Packing Briefs

Built around a specially designed interior pouch that holds your packer securely in place, the Cake Bandit Monochrome Packing Briefs are made for all-day wear through work, workouts, and everything in between. The pouch sits close to the body without bulk, so there's no shifting, no readjusting, and no second-guessing once you're dressed.

The cut is low-rise, curved to sit on the hips rather than the natural waist, with a soft cotton-spandex blend that keeps things snug without feeling tight. As a brief, there's no extra fabric bunching under your pants, just a slim, clean line that won't add bulk under fitted jeans or trousers.

Compatible with most soft silicone and foam packers, including the #1 Trans Packer and My Buddy 4" & 5" Silicone Packers. Not STP-compatible: an STP can be stashed in the pouch, but needs to be pulled fully out to use.

Size Guide & How to Measure

Cake Bandit uses standard U.S. sizing based on your waist measurement. These briefs are low-rise and sit on your hips, but sizing still runs off the waist, not the hip. Between sizes? Size up. The pouch needs room to hold your packer securely.

How to measure:

1. Stand naturally, feet together
2. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waist, where you'd normally wear a waistband, not around the hips even though the fit sits low
3. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight or compressing
4. If you can, have someone else measure for the most accurate read

Care Guide

• 95% cotton, 5% spandex
• Wash cold with like colors and avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or lay flat; heat breaks down elasticity faster
• Rotate between two or more pairs to extend the life of each

STP Compatibility
