CHEST BINDERS & BINDING TAPE

Find your bind.

Every binder here is picked, tested, or made by our trans-owned team. New to chest binding? Start with cotton. Want it flatter? Go max compression. Swimming? Grab tape. Every binder gets a free size exchange within 30 days.

Style Compression Best for
Cotton tank or racerback Medium, soft, no stiff inner layer Everyday and first binders
Max compression tank or racerback Firmest, with a woven inner panel The flattest look
Sports Bro Light to medium, quick-dry Gym, swim, hot days
Binding tape Adjustable, 3" to 8" widths Swim, tanks, open backs

Short binders end below the ribs, so they're cooler and easier to tuck. Long ones run to the hip and won't roll up. Racerbacks free your shoulders, and tanks spread the pressure across your back.

Measure your chest at the fullest point, then your underbust just below. Match both on the size chart. A smaller binder won't make you flatter. It just squeezes your ribs. Between sizes? Size up.

Every binder, sale styles included, gets a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Send it back unworn, clean, and in its packaging, and we'll send the return label.

Binding should feel snug, never painful.

  • Max compression binders: 8 hours or less, with breaks when you can. Cotton binders and the Sports Bro can be worn all day.
  • Never sleep in a binder.
  • Don't swim in a binder that isn't made for swimming. The Sports Bro is.
  • Work out in a sports binder like the Sports Bro, not max compression.
  • Skip ACE bandages and duct tape. They tighten as you move and can hurt your skin and ribs.
  • Pain, shortness of breath, or rib tightness means take it off and size up.
  • With tape, use nipple guards, apply to clean, dry skin, and never wrap all the way around.
  • Planning top surgery? Ask your surgeon how binding fits into your prep.
