Cake Bandit is our trans-owned brand of packing underwear, STP styles, harnesses, and apparel. Want it all in one piece? Grab packing underwear. Prefer a clean line? Go flat front. Want to keep your own underwear? Add a harness.

- Packing underwear: briefs, 3" and 6" boxer briefs, and long underwear with a built-in front pouch for your packer. No harness or clip-on needed.
- Flat front styles: jocks and boxer briefs with no pouch and no curve, for a clean, flat look. Wear them alone or with a harness. The STP range is flat front too, and holds an STP or packer in place.
- Harnesses: jockstrap, O-ring, slingshot, and brief harnesses, with an STP-compatible O-ring opening.
- Apparel: crop tops, tanks, singlets, and shorts for the gym, the beach, and the wrestling mat.
Got a cycle? Neptune is the only Cake Bandit style that packs and absorbs, with a front pouch plus an absorbent liner.
Cake Bandit sits low, on your hips, not your waist. Measure around the widest part of your hips and seat. Between sizes? Size down if you like a snug fit or pack heavy.

Packing underwear or STP underwear? Packing underwear has a built-in front pouch that holds a packer or STP, so you don't need a harness. STP underwear is flat front with no curve. It holds an STP or packer in place, and lies flat when you wear it empty.
Do I need a packer to wear packing underwear? Nope. The pouch sits flat and comfy on its own, and lots of people wear it every day just for the fit.
How often should I replace it? A packer's weight pulls on waistbands and pouch seams, so check daily-wear packing pairs at 6 months instead of waiting 9–12. Look for tired elastic, a shifting pouch, or thin fabric in the seat or gusset. More in how often to replace your underwear.
