All measurements are of the garment laid flat. Chest width measured 1" below the armhole. Length measured from highest point of shoulder to hem. Measurements may vary up to ±1".

Chest: Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. If you bind, measure before binding for the most accurate comparison against the size chart.

Length: Stand straight and measure from the top of your shoulder straight down to where you'd like the hem to fall.

The Gildan 5000 is a classic straight fit — not slim, not oversized. If you're between sizes or want extra room over a binder, size up. If you prefer a closer fit, stay true to size.

Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly over the graphic.

Pre-shrunk from the start — cold wash and low heat keeps the fit and print exactly where you want them through years of regular rotation.

Printed for durability. Washing cold and drying on low extends the life of any print-on-demand graphic significantly. Turning the shirt inside out before washing is also a solid move.
