Not the right fit? Every binder we carry is eligible for a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery — including sale binders, unless noted at purchase.

Sign in, open your order, and choose Request return. You can also use the order-status link in your shipping or confirmation email.
⚡ It's free. We email you a prepaid return label in plain packaging, and your new size ships within 2 business days of us receiving the original. One exchange per order within the 30-day window.
How it works

Request your return. Sign in to your account (or use the link in your email), open the order, and submit a return request for the binder.

We send a prepaid label. Check your email for a discreet, prepaid return label — no product names on the outside.

Your new size ships. Drop the original in the mail. Your replacement size ships within 2 business days of us receiving it.
Exchange Requirements
- Unworn and clean
- Free of deodorant marks, dirt, or any signs of wear
- In the original packaging
- Within 30 days of delivery
