Size Guide & How to Measure

Cake Bandit uses standard U.S. sizing based on your waist measurement. This jockstrap is low-rise and sits on your hips, but sizing still runs off the waist, not the hip. Between sizes? Size up. The front panel needs room to hold your STP device securely.

How to measure:

1. Stand naturally, feet together
2. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waist, where you'd normally wear a waistband, not around the hips even though the fit sits low
3. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight or compressing
4. If you can, have someone else measure for the most accurate read
