When binding, cover the nipples with tissue folded 6–8 times, or for best results and a flatter look use nipple guards. Maximum recommended wear is 8 to 12 hours per session. Remove slowly with mineral or essential oils like baby oil, jojoba, or coconut oil, or similar. Rest skin fully between applications. Do not apply over broken, irritated, or healing skin.
More Than Binding: Make a Packer Holder
Binding tape can also create a harness-free packer holder. Paired with an O-ring, it secures your packer for the same 3 to 5 days, no special underwear needed. Because the tape sticks to skin, shave or trim the area first, and note that the packer (TPR or silicone) rests directly against your skin. Some folks are sensitive to that contact and prefer a packing pouch instead. Both work.
