- No built-in liner, so wear your usual underwear or packing gear underneath.
Wrap a soft tape around the narrowest part of your waist, then the fullest part of your hips. Keep it level and snug, not tight. They fit true to an athletic short. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit or down for a closer one.
