Light blue, pink, and white. Hung loud.

The trans pride flag in true-to-design color, with two grommets for easy hanging. 34.5" x 56".

  • 100% polyester, knitted fabric that stays crisp and catches the wind
  • Fabric weight: 4.42 oz/yd² (150 g/m²)
  • Size: 34.5" x 56". You'll see it from across the street.
  • 2 iron grommets on the short side, for a pole, wall hook, or window
  • Printed on one side, so the back shows a lighter version of the stripes through the fabric.
  • It's fine outdoors. Bring it in during storms and the color will last longer.

Measure your pole bracket or wall space before you order, so it hangs flat with room to spare.

Monica Helms, a trans woman and U.S. Navy veteran, created the transgender flag in 1999. It first flew at a Pride parade in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2000.

The light blue stripes are the color traditionally used for baby boys, and the pink stripes for baby girls. The white stripe in the middle stands for people who are intersex, transitioning, or who feel their gender is neutral or undefined.

Helms designed it so it's always right side up, whichever way you fly it. In August 2014 she donated the original to the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. Today it flies at Pride, on Trans Day of Visibility (March 31), and on Transgender Day of Remembrance (November 20).

Orders ship in 5–10 business days in plain packaging from our shipping dept., with no logos or product names on the outside. More on discreet shipping.
