Soft cotton, medium compression, and no stiff inner layer. The long cut stays tucked in.
- 95% cotton, 5% spandex, with a three-layer front panel.

- It's softer and stretchier than our nylon max compression binders, easier to get on and off, and it breathes better.
- It holds and smooths more than it flattens, the way a good sports bra does.
- There's no hardware anywhere, so nothing digs in. Low-profile seams sit flat under anything.
- Wear black under dark clothes and white under light ones, like a regular tank undershirt.
Stand with your arms relaxed. Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, level and snug but not tight. A friend makes it more accurate.
Between sizes? Size up. A binder that's too small won't make you flatter. It makes breathing harder and wears out faster.

- Hang dry and skip the dryer. Heat kills the stretch.
- Wash every 2–3 wears.
- No bleach, and don't iron the front panel.
