Waist: around your natural waistline, where the shorts will sit. Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit or down for a snugger one.

Machine wash cold with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron the print, and skip bleach.
