If you tape bind, nipple guards are non-negotiable. These thin, breathable covers sit between your skin and the adhesive, blocking the friction, irritation, and blisters that come from taping directly over sensitive skin. Each pack includes 20 nipple guards, enough for 10 full taping sessions. Add them to every tape order so you're stocked and ready.
Application takes seconds: clean and dry your skin, place a guard over each nipple, then apply your TGS Binding Tape as usual. When you're done, a little mineral oil, jojoba oil, or coconut oil loosens the adhesive cleanly, no ripping, no residue, no irritation.

How to use+
Clean and thoroughly dry the skin around each nipple before taping. Place one nipple guard over each nipple, pressing gently to adhere. Apply your chest tape as usual over the guards.
When removing, saturate the edges of the tape with mineral oil, jojoba oil, or coconut oil and let it soak in for 1 to 2 minutes before peeling slowly from the edge.
⚠️ Never rip tape from dry skin. Always loosen with oil first to protect the skin underneath.
