The Cake Bandit Swim Shorts are packer-friendly swim bottoms built for trans masc, trans men, nonbinary, gender expansive, and gnc people who want a longer, more relaxed cut at the water. A 4" inseam and easy-fit silhouette give you full coverage without bulk. They're loose enough to move in and snug enough to keep a packer in place while you actually swim.

The built-in mesh lining features a snap-closure packing pouch that holds a packer securely through swimming, cannonballs, and everything in between. Sized for smaller to mid-range packers. The #1 Trans Packer, Small Mr. Limpy, and the My Buddy 4" are all solid fits.

All Cake Bandit sits low-rise, so these ride lower on the hips, not the natural waist. 90% polyester, 10% spandex woven blend dries fast, stretches, and holds up in chlorine and saltwater. Available in Black, Pink, Neon Green, and Dark Green.

What size packer fits best in these shorts?
The snap-close pouch works best with smaller to mid-range packers. The #1 Trans Packer, Small Mr. Limpit, and My Buddy 4" all fit great. For a larger packer, the Cake Bandit Swim Trunks with their buttoned pouch give a bit more room.

Can I wear these as regular shorts too?
Yes, plenty of customers do. Just know the polyester blend can run warm on hot days, so they're best for beach and pool use or cooler conditions.

Do these work with a binder or binding tape?
The Sports Bro Binder and TGS Binding Tape are both designed to handle light water exposure and pair well with these shorts for a full swim look.

Cake Bandit Swim Shorts - 4"

I was excited about packing with these when I swim, but when I pack with my performance packer (5") it looks like my **** is huge. I think the packing pouch is too much towards the waistband of these shorts which gives it that appearance bc when I wear these shorts with a packing harness lower it looks perfectly normal/average size. I am also gonna try packing with a smaller packer with these shorts but this was my experience. Other than the intended purpose for packing, these shorts are very comfortable and I love the length of them as well. They have become one of my favorites.

I have a hard time finding shorts or swim trunks that fit the scale of my body. I am 5'6'' and usually swim (pun intended, heh) in regular men's shorts and the inseam is too long, but these fit me without being too tight and are the perfect length. I'd love it if you would make these in regular non-swim material, too! Give me all the colors ever. I wear these as shorts too but the synthetic material can get sweaty and stinky quick on hot days.

A note - My archer packer is a bit of a tight squeeze in the packer pocket. I wish it was a hair bigger so it could move around naturally kinda like in your packing underwear. If you have something bigger than the archer it might not fit.
