STP STAND TO PEE DEVICES
Trans-Owned · Designed for Trans Bodies · Ships from the US
Pack. Pee.
Feel Like Yourself.
Stand-to-pee devices for trans men, trans masculine, gender expansive, gnc, and non-binary people — from first-timer options at $48 to premium handcrafted silicone. Every TGS house STP Packer is designed and tested by our community. Most are fully 3-in-1: pack, pee, and play with one device.
Why platinum-cured silicone — and why it matters
TGS house STPs are made from body-safe, platinum-cured silicone — non-porous, odor-resistant, dishwasher safe, and built to warm to your body naturally. It's the same material standard found in prosthetics costing two to three times more.
Non-porous means bacteria can't penetrate the surface. Your device stays cleaner longer, is easier to sanitize, and lasts years with basic care. Choose a shade slightly darker than your forearm skin tone — silicone warms against the body and lightens slightly, so going a touch darker gives the most realistic result.

Complete Your Setup
I've never used an STP — where do I start?
Start with the STP Freely. It's the most forgiving design in the lineup — the cup has a wider seal area that tolerates more positioning variation while you're figuring it out. Practice at home in the shower first, sitting down, before trying standing at a urinal. The full how-to is in the TGS STP Guide.
How does standing to pee actually work?
The cup sits against your body and captures urine, which flows through the internal channel and out the tip of the shaft. Positioning is everything — your anatomy needs to align with the cup opening. It takes practice. Going too fast, not having the right seal, or wearing incompatible underwear are the most common issues. The STP Guide covers positioning, practice stages, stream management, and urinal use in detail.
What's the difference between the Freely, Freely XL, and The Lou?
The Freely is the most forgiving for beginners — wider cup seal, more tolerant of positioning variation. The Freely XL has more shaft length, a deeper cup, and a wider urethral opening — better for heavier flows and those who want more visible presence. The Lou has a deeply angled cup designed specifically for the urinal position and a weighted feel that packs naturally all day — the choice once you have positioning down. All three are play-ready with their respective rods ($20, sold separately).
What underwear do I need?
STP-specific underwear holds your device in the correct position for standing use — without it, you're improvising every time. Cake Bandit STP underwear is flat-front and purpose-built for this. If you'd rather wear your own underwear, an O-ring harness gives you the same hold without replacing your whole drawer.
How do I clean and care for my STP?
Rinse with warm water after every use. For a thorough clean, use a body-safe toy cleaner or mild soap — the non-porous silicone means bacteria can't penetrate the surface, so cleaning is straightforward. You can also run house STPs through the dishwasher (top rack, no detergent). Store dry. A light dusting of Packer Renewing Powder keeps the surface smooth and extends the life of your device.
Do you ship discreetly?
Always. Every TGS order ships in a plain, unmarked mailer. The return address reads "Shipping Dept." only — no product names, no brand name on the outside.
