What's the difference between Cake Bandit packing underwear and STP underwear?
Packing underwear has a built-in front pouch that holds a packer or STP device — no separate harness needed. STP underwear is flat-front with no built-in pouch, designed to be worn with a harness or clip-on STP holder. If you want all-in-one convenience, go packing underwear. If you prefer to use your own underwear with a harness, STP underwear or a Cake Bandit harness is the move.
Do I have to use a packer with packing underwear?
No — you can wear Cake Bandit packing underwear without a packer. The pouch sits flat and comfortable on its own. Many people wear it daily just for the fit and gender-affirming cut, with or without a device inside.
How often should I replace my packing underwear?
Packing underwear works harder than regular pairs — the added weight and movement of a packer puts constant strain on waistbands and pouch seams. We recommend checking in at the 6-month mark for daily-wear packing pairs, rather than waiting the full 9–12 months. Watch for elastic that's lost its tension, a pouch that's shifting, or fabric thinning in the seat or gusset. Read the full guide →
Who makes Cake Bandit?

What's the return policy on Cake Bandit underwear?
All underwear, harness, and anything that touches below the belt, sales are final for hygiene reasons. Please measure carefully before ordering — use the size guide above and reach out to hello@transguysupply.com if you're between sizes or have questions. We'd rather answer your question before the order than after.
