Sizing, safety & FAQ+
How do I find the right size?+

Measure your chest at its fullest point and your underbust just below. Use our Binder Size Chart to match both measurements to the right size — it also covers what to do if you fall between two sizes.

How long can I safely bind?+

No more than 8 hours at a stretch. Cotton binders can be worn all day comfortably for most people — max compression binders should stay under 8 hours. Never sleep in any binder. If you feel pain, shortness of breath, or rib tightness — take it off immediately.

Can I exchange for a different size?+

Yes — free size exchange within 30 days of delivery on every binder we carry, including sale styles. Unworn, clean, original packaging. We send the return label. Your new size ships within 2 business days of us receiving yours.

What's the difference between cotton and max compression?+

Cotton binders (92–95% cotton / spandex blend) are softer, more breathable, and all-day comfortable — no rigid layer. Max compression binders add a non-stretch woven inner panel for stronger targeted flattening. If you're new to binding, start with cotton.

How do I use binding tape?+

Always use nipple guards underneath. Apply to dry skin. Never wrap all the way around the chest — always leave a gap at the back. TGS Binding Tape comes in 3", 4", 5", and 6" widths — wider tape = more coverage and support. See the full binding tape FAQ →

Do you ship in discreet packaging?+

Every TGS order ships in a plain, unmarked mailer. The return address reads "Shipping Dept." only — no product names, no logos on the outside.

⚠️ No binder should be worn for more than 8 hours. Remove before sleeping. If you experience pain, shortness of breath, or rib tightness — remove immediately and size up. Read the full Chest Binding 101 guide →
