How do I know what size to order?
Measure your chest at its fullest point and your underbust just below. Use our Binder Size Chart to match measurements to the right size — it covers what to do if you fall between two sizes.
How long can I safely wear a binder?
No more than 8 hours at a stretch. Don't sleep in your binder. If you feel pain, shortness of breath, or rib tightness at any point — remove it and size up. Binding should feel firm, not restrictive.
Can I exchange if it's the wrong size?
Yes — one free exchange within 30 days of delivery on every binder we carry, including sale binders. Item must be unworn, clean, and in original packaging. Start the request from your order status page.
Do you ship in discreet packaging?
Every TGS order ships in a plain, unmarked mailer. The return address reads "Shipping Dept." only — no mention of what's inside.
What about binding tape?
