The Long Tank Chest Binder is a maximum compression chest binder built for extended torso coverage without sacrificing flatten. A triple-layer front compression panel — 75% nylon, 25% spandex outer shell that wicks moisture, a non-stretch woven inner panel that actively flattens, and a soft cotton lining against your skin — delivers the flattest possible result in a longline cut that stays tucked all day.
The 4-way stretch back panels keep things secure without restricting movement. This tank-style works as a standalone top on it's own. The longer cut ends below the waist — no rolling, no riding up, clean appearance under tees, button-ups, sweaters, and hoodies. Flat seams, no hardware, pullover style.
Want the same maximum compression in a shorter cut? See the Short Tank or Short Racerback. Pair with packing underwear or an STP device — all from one trans-owned store.
📏 Size Guide — Maximum Compression
Maximum compression binders size differently from fabric-only binders. Measure around the fullest part of your chest — not your bra size. These measurements are tighter by design — do not size down. If you're between sizes, size up.

| Size | Chest |
|---|---|
| XS | 26"–27" |
| S | 27"–29" |
| M | 29"–31" |
| L | 31"–33" |
| XL | 33"–35" |
| 2XL | 35"–37" |
| 3XL | 37"–39" |
| 4XL | 40"–42" |
📐 How to Measure
- Stand naturally with arms relaxed at your sides.
- Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest.
- Keep the tape level and snug — not compressing.
- If possible, ask someone to help for best accuracy.
🧺 Care Guide
- Hand wash cold — machine washing degrades the woven compression panel faster
- Hang to dry — heat breaks down the compression materials
- Wash every 2–3 wears
- Rotate between two or more binders to extend the life of each
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron over compression panel
