The only packing underwear built for bodies that also bleed.

Neptune does both. It packs and it absorbs, in one boxer brief, with no layering, no workarounds, and no having to choose between feeling like yourself and managing your cycle.

If you pack and you have a cycle, you already know the frustration of finding underwear that handles both without compromise. Neptune was designed for exactly that reality. A built-in absorbent layer manages your flow while the packing pouch keeps everything exactly where it belongs, all day long.

What makes Neptune different

Dual-function design - packing pouch and absorbent layer built into one boxer brief. No extra products needed.

Premium cotton-spandex blend - the same soft, breathable, body-hugging fabric as all Cake Bandit underwear. Comfortable enough to forget you're wearing them.

All-day absorbent coverage - the interior absorbent layer manages light to moderate flow discreetly, without visible bulk under clothing.

Secure packing pouch - holds your packer or foam insert in place through any activity, from desk to gym to everywhere in between.

Versatile beyond a cycle - Neptune also works great for bike riding (the extra layer cushions you nicely), gym sessions and sweat absorption, incontinence support, and intimate wear.

How to wear Neptune

The absorbent layer in Neptune is positioned to work correctly during upright, seated, and active wear throughout the day. For best results, the waistband needs to sit at your natural low-rise hip position. Like all Cake Bandit underwear, Neptune is low-rise by design and sits on your hips, not your waist. When worn correctly positioned, the layer provides full, reliable coverage.

For sleeping: if you plan to sleep in Neptune, pull the back of the waistband slightly higher than your usual daytime position to ensure full coverage while lying down. Sleeping on your stomach is not recommended while wearing these.

Sizing for Neptune

Because of the absorbent layer, Neptune fits with a small amount of additional structure compared to other Cake Bandit styles. As a result, if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit and the best absorbent layer positioning. If you prefer a snug, locked-in hold, order your regular size.

All Cake Bandit underwear is low-rise and meant to sit across your hips, not your waist.

Pretty decent

These are the only period/absorption boxers I found that are not too expensive, are made mostly of cotton, and are made for those looking for actual masculine period boxers, so I decided to get them, and I'd say they're pretty decent, though I don't have much to compare them to.
They're a bit chunky of course (though not unreasonably chunky), and the absorption pad is not always the most comfortable, especially if it's a size down from what one usually wears, but they are more comfortable than I expected them to be, and certainly more comfortable than wearing a disposable pad.
Its ability to absorb is alright, but not entirely reliable. While wearing this, blood has still managed to end up on my pants, though very lightly and only on the inside, but to those with heavier periods, I would be careful. Also, the pad doesn't extend enough to the front, and so one would end up bleeding through it. Though a packer being in the way in the pouch can block most of this, at least.
For quality, I can't say for absolute certain since I have only been wearing these for a few days, but they at least don't seem flimsy or fragile.
There are some reviews only mentioning that it's too small or too large, and I'll say that I am a size 28-29 or so and got both the x-small and the small, both fit me, with the small being more comfortable.
As of writing this, the description for these do not mention the percentages of cotton and spandex, so I'll say here that the tag reads ''92% cotton, 8% spandex".

Didn’t fit well to small

The cut is a weird fit and the absorption isnt lines up correctly. It’s starts too far back to be useful (at least for me) and that caused issues with wearing them
