There is support material in the shoulder straps, double layer front, and a wide elastic band at the bottom to ensure constant support without rolling up.
Note: This is a medium compression binder and does not have the stiff layer in front that max. compression binders have, making it an ideal choice for 8 hours of activity, mobility and comfort.
