We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
For U.S. orders, our policy lasts 30 days. If there is an error with your order or there is an issue with delivery, please notify us immediately so that we may resolve the issue. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, underwear is exempt from being returned or exchanged. Packers and STPs are exempt from return or exchanged if opened. Please make sure you read the product descriptions and consult our size guide before purchasing these items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with discount codes cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
