WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We like to get you your orders as soon as we can! We are sometimes able to ship next day or same day, but processing generally takes 2-4 business days. Occasionally, due to inventory issues, processing may take a bit longer. If there are further delays, we will be sure to email you with details regarding your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. If you do not see an email from us, please check your SPAM folder before reaching out. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY and the amount of time it will take to get your package to you depends on where you are located. We do not currently offer expedited processing and shipping at this time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! However, please note that we do not accept return or exchanges on international orders. Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for items held up in customs or packages that have been confiscated.
We will be as discreet as possible on customs labels, but we are required to indicate the contents inside and the retail price. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being shipped are legal in your area. We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs.
It's also important to note that your country may charge you duty or tax in order for you to pick up your package. Transguy Supply is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that are levied. Please note that the import duty rate for importing underwear ranges between 0% and 45% depending on the country you are importing into. We are unable to process refunds for items seized by customs.
WHAT WILL IT COST SHIP TO (FILL IN THE BLANK)?
All shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items you purchased. Items shipped internationally generally cost between $10 and $30, but it's highly dependant on what you ordered and to where we are shipping. For an accurate estimate of shipping costs, you can fill a cart, enter your shipping information and without processing payment, see how much it will cost to ship those items to you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
For U.S. orders, our policy lasts 30 days. If there is an error with your order or there is an issue with delivery, please notify us immediately so that we may resolve the issue. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, underwear is exempt from being returned or exchanged. Packers and STPs are exempt from return or exchanged if opened. Please make sure you read the product descriptions and consult our size guide before purchasing these items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with discount codes cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
WHAT'S UP WITH THE JOCKMAIL SIZING?
Transguy Supply does not manufacture Jockmail underwear, nor do we dictate sizing. If you think the sizing is ridiculously limited, believe us, we agree! We've asked the manufacturer to expand the sizing selection and unfortunately, they are unable to accommodate that request.
